Jonathan W. Chambers is a partner at the Law Offices of Spicer & Chambers, P.A. He practices in the areas of medical and dental malpractice, and insurance litigation representing policyholders in disputes with their insurance carriers, focusing mainly on the wrongful denial and underpayment of property insurance claims.  Mr. Chambers represents homeowners, businesses, and HOAs in first-party cases ranging from disagreements over the cost of repairs to complex issues concerning the availability of coverage and policy interpretation.

Mr. Chambers handles all phases of civil litigation. He has also successfully defended healthcare providers in administrative hearings and proceedings with the Department of Health.

Mr. Chambers received his Juris Doctorate, Summa Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University where he graduated second in his class. While at NSU, Mr. Chambers received highest grade awards in Civil Procedure, Property, UCC Sales, and Clinical Family Law. He also received the American Law Institute’s Scholarship and Leadership graduation award. He was a senior staff member of Nova Law Review and a competitor in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut.

Mr. Chambers is a member of The Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Martin County Bar Association, and the Palm Beach County Justice Association.
