Mr. Spicer has been handling physician disciplinary cases for more than twenty-five years beginning as an outside special prosecutor for the Board of Medicine during his years in practice in Tallahassee. When his practice relocated to Palm Beach County, he represented one of the largest hospitals in the area and numerous physicians and physician groups. He represents physicians who are being investigated and prosecuted by the Florida Board of Medicine and in medicare and medicaid disputes. He also represents physicians in inter-practice disputes with partners and former partners.
