Having started the representation of major insurance companies over twenty-five years ago, Mr. Spicer co-founded and became a managing partner of one of the largest insurance defense firms in the State of Florida. Mr. Spicer handled serious injury cases specializing in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, products liability, and other serious personal injury actions.

After twenty years of representing insurance companies and their insured, Mr. Spicer left his previous firm to begin the representation of individuals. He no longer represents the insurance industry and now focuses his personal injury practice representing those who have been injured due to the negligence of others. The focus of the practice is medical negligence, nursing home abuse, automobile accidents, products liability, and other serious personal injury actions. He has received numerous verdicts in settlements of personal injury actions in excess of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00).
